Every real estate inspection comes with a one-year service warranty, renewable after the first year on a yearly basis. Should termites be found during the life of the warranty, we will provide treatment at no additional cost to the owner.

Please note, if termites are found during the initial inspection, treatment must be provided by David M. Hyres Pest Control to receive the warranty.
